Tai Chi Weekly Exercises
Tai Chi & Qigong exercises are conducted every Wednesday from 10:30am in the parish meeting room. This activity is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You will learn the skills that are relaxing and healing to help you establish a healthy lifestyle. As a form of meditation, slow and gentle body movements with grace and poise, Tai Chi & Qigong helps you to achieve harmony balance of body, mind and spirit in order to promote healthy living and physical wellness. Tai Chi can also help to improve a range of disorders including Anxiety, Arthritis, Balance and Coordination, Fatigue, Joint Stiffness, Muscle Tension, Poor Posture and Stress. The instructor is Cyril Loa who is an exercise professional in Fitness and Tai Chi. For further information contact Cyril on 0432 639 053. Cost is $10.00 per week.
Thursday Morning Weekly Prayer Group
Each week in our Parish Meeting Room, Christ Catholic Community meet and discuss the Readings and the Gospel for that week. All Parishioners are welcome to attend this weekly meeting and find some time to share with Jesus. The meeting is held in our Parish Meeting Room on Thursdays at 9.00am.
