Tai Chi can also help to improve a range of disorders including Anxiety, Arthritis, Balance and Coordination, Fatigue, Joint Stiffness, Muscle Tension, Poor Posture and Stress. The instructor is Cyril Loa, an exercise professional in Fitness and Tai Chi.
